1. Promotional Period
The competition is open from the 25th March to 5th April 2021. Entries received after this date will not be eligible for the prize.
2. Promoter
The promoter is Blue Sky Finance ltd whose registered office is at Level 1, Unit 8/212 Antigua Street, Christchurch 8011
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees of Blue Sky Finance Ltd, their close relatives, its partners and agencies and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition is not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must guess the number of confectionary eggs that are held in the container shown in the image by commenting directly on the relevant post on the Blue Sky Finance Facebook page before midnight on the 6th April 2021.
Comments / guesses must be relevant to the original post from Blue Sky Finance and comply with Facebook Community Standards. Only one guess may be placed per person and each person's guess cannot be the same as any other person's guess already posted on the page. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Competition Prize
One prize winner will win the confectionary eggs shown in the picture (or equivalent number of the same type of eggs) or in the case of impracticality of getting the eggs to the winner, a grocery voucher to the maximum value of $200 will be provided as an alternative. The winner will receive the eggs (or equivalent) only, not the container itself or the value of the container.
The winner will be the guess that is closest to the actual number of eggs in the jar in the picture.
The winner will be announced on the Blue Sky Finance Facebook page and notified by Facebook direct message after 6th April 2021. The winner must direct message the Blue Sky Finance Facebook page in order for Blue Sky Finance to gather their name and address details for sending the prize.
The prize will be provided to the winner via courier delivery to the address provided by the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of the notification, the promoter reserves the right to select another comment and award the prize to the replacement winner.
The promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
The prize is as stated, it is not transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. General Terms
By participating in this contest, you acknowledge full acceptance of the terms and conditions and warrant that your entry/comment does not contain any material that is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane or obscene and complies with Facebook Community Standards.
The promoter reserves the right to vary any of the terms of entry applying to this promotion or to modify, terminate, suspend or reschedule this promotion.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter is not responsible for reviews / entries not received for whatever reason, or for the content written in reviews from entrants.
